OVERALL JOB PURPOSE: Assist the CFO in managing the company's Treasury and Corporate Finance operations, including the areas of cash management, debt, debt compliance, investments, working capital management and financial risk. In conjunction with the CFO, interface with internal and external parties to manage the company's treasury activities, including senior management, all divisions and departments internally, rating agencies, commercial and investment bankers, regulatory agencies and attorneys.






  1. Cash management, including preparation of 13-week rolling cash forecast
  2. Oversight of AR and AP- receipts/ disbursement calendar
  3. Bank deposit relationships management and optimization
  4. Bank credit relationship management- knowledge of the credit agreements and financial and performance covenants
  5. M&A/ project financial modeling
  6. Investment analysis for the Management/ Technical Committee/ BOD
  7. Oversight of reclamation/ exploration bonding program
  8. Assistance with insurance and hedging programs
  9. Ad hoc reports and analysis.  




  1. 5-10 years of similar experience
  2. College degree and / or advanced degree
  3. Organizational skills / computer skills required
  4. Proficient at Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, SAP and/or other systems
  5. Effective verbal and written communications skills
  6. Self-motivated and able to work independently or with team members. 


 REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer
